These homes are open to all prospective residents that meet the property's rental screening criteria and are determined to be income eligible for the program. To be considered eligible, the applicant must first complete the pre-application with CPAH. Eligible residents will receive a restricted rent that is capped at a maximum amount for a defined period. Ineligible applicants may not rent the income restricted unit. CPAH determines tenant eligibility and manages the waitlist for inclusionary units.
Interested households must first complete a pre-application with CPAH to determine eligibility for the Inclusionary Housing Program. Applicants who meet program requirements may be added to CPAH's waitlist. Submit a pre-application online or download the fillable PDF and return it to CPAHwaitlist@cpahousing.org.
