Our leasing office is located in the 1850 building, right next to Sunset Foods. Stop by and our team will be glad to take you around and answer any questions you have about making Albion Highland Park your home.

Same-day apartment tours are always welcome at Albion Highland Park, no appointment is needed. Please feel free to drop by during our leasing office hours! If you would rather reserve a specific time, you can also book a tour in advance and we will have everything ready for you.
Utilities are not included in the monthly rent at Albion Highland Park. Residents set up and maintain their own utility accounts, and our leasing team can take you through what to expect when you are getting settled.

Our apartment homes include open-concept layouts, chef-inspired kitchens with quartz countertops, premium stainless steel appliances, wood-style flooring, an in-home washer and dryer, a smart thermostat, and spacious closets. Select homes also feature wine fridges and private patios.
Our Highland Park location puts dining spots like DeNucci's, Madame Zuzu's, and Di Pescara nearby, along with shopping at Sunset Foods, Trader Joe's, Target, and Nordstrom Rack. For recreation, The Pavilion at Ravinia, Rosewood Beach, and Danny Cunniff Park are all close by.
A Metra station is right outside our door for trips into Chicago, and U.S. 41/I-94 offers easy access by car. We are also convenient to major employers, including the NorthShore University HealthSystem and Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.
